Service projects are identified in collaboration with community organizations across the city of Buffalo and transportation is provided—all you have to do is register! Volunteers will sign up for a project on the day of the event, so don't be late! Check in starts at 9:15 a.m. and busses will depart at 9:45 a.m.

The Civic and Community Engagement Office is in need of energetic and engaged students, faculty, and staff to be site coordinators to assist with logistics during Bengals Dare to Care on Saturday, September 16 from 8:15am-1:00pm at each of the 20-25 community service projects throughout the city of Buffalo.
Site Coordinator responsibilities will include:
signing students into your assigned project
greeting and communicating with your community partner on the day of the event
keeping your volunteers motivated and safe
facilitating a reflection discussion after the project is complete
being a point of contact with the Civic and Community Engagement Office throughout the morning
In return, you will get to know a great group of students, meet incredible community members doing great work throughout Buffalo, and receive a lunch when you return.
All Site Coordinators will be required to attend an 1-hour training and orientation session, on one the following dates and times:
Tuesday, September 12, 12:15pm-1:30pm
Wednesday, September 13, 6:00pm-7:00pm
There are never enough hands to help with the logisitcs of this campus-wide event. We are looking for dependable students and faculty/staff who would be interested in lending a hand for the following:
